Warrington 10K 40th Anniversary Badge

Warrington 10K

Hosted by Warrington Road Runners for the past 40 years, the Warrington 10K is the longest established 10K race in the town. This year marks a special milestone as we celebrate four decades of community running, friendly competition, and local tradition.

40 Years of the Warrington 10K

First held in 1985, the race has grown from a small local event into a well-loved fixture in the North West running calendar. Thousands of runners have taken part over the years — from club athletes to first-timers — all contributing to its unique atmosphere.

If you are looking to participate in a 10K race on a fast course, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, then the Warrington 10K is the perfect event for you.

The course consists of two very flat laps through beautiful parkland in Woolston and the surrounding areas of east Warrington. Traditionally held on a weekday evening, this race attracts runners of all skill levels. Join us for a memorable and enjoyable running experience at the Warrington 10K.
